Members of the public and all other stakeholders are invited to submit requests for a Statement on Recognition which provides details on the accreditation and/or recognition status of any post secondary and tertiary level institution or qualification, from any part of the world. A Statement on Recognition can assist you to:
- ensure that the institution in which you intend to enrol is quality assured
- meet the requirements for a scholarship application

- gain entry to further study in Trinidad and Tobago or abroad

Changes to the Statement on Recognition issued by The Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT)
As of November 24, 2020, ACTT will be changing the format for Statements on Recognition (SoRs) for clients who have completed their programme of study. The new design is a response to feedback from our stakeholders. The design is simple and identifies all the details on the recognition status of the institution and programme in a layout that is user- friendly and easy to understand. The Statement on Recognition will also be printed on paper with ACTT’s logo and has security features that offer protection against fraud.
