Dr. Kamla Mungal

Dr Kamla Mungal is an experienced lecturer in Leadership, Organisational Behaviour and Development, Team Development, Curriculum (Foundations, Design, Development, Implementation and Evaluation) and School Administration. She has taught at the UWI, School of Education, Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business and the Mount Saint Vincent University in Canada and has conducted several leadership and curriculum development workshops for persons across all sectors including business executives, teachers and school administrators. Dr Mungal holds a Bachelor of Education (B.Ed.), a Master of Education (M.Ed.) and an Executive MBA (EMBA) from the University of the West Indies. She also holds a Doctor of Business Administration (DBA) from Aston Business School, Birmingham, UK.

Dr Mungal is the former Director of Accreditation and Academic Development and Director of the Leadership Institute at the Arthur Lok Jack Global School of Business, UWI, in Trinidad and Tobago. She has also served as a primary school principal and Deputy Project Officer for the Teaching and Learning Quality and Education Management and Institutional Strengthening components of the Fourth Basic Education Project of the World Bank in Trinidad and Tobago. She is a trained assessor for the Association of MBAs (AMBA) and the Accreditation Council of Trinidad and Tobago (ACTT). She is also a former Director of the Trinidad and Tobago Transparency Institute (TTTI) and Women’s Institute for Alternative Development (WINAD). Additionally, Dr Mungal has experience as a Leadership Educator and Coach with a private Leadership Centre in Trinidad and Tobago.
